Brand Maturity: Gearing Up For Growth
The Brief
Gravity Works were a small, funky and highly individualistic bunch of people, and their loose and playful graphic identity reflected this well. So, when The Adaptavist Group acquired the small agency with a major plan for growth, it was clear that the brand required developing in order to better communicate the professionalism and experience they were known for. The challenge to Brew was simple – to evolve Gravity Work’s brand identity without losing what makes it unique.

Our Approach
First, we reviewed every Gravity Works brand assets, from their website and presentation decks, to their social media and apparel. We facilitated a brand workshop, creating a conversation between us and Gravity Works to understand what was the essence to their identity, to strip out anything not integral to this. Our designers then reprofiled and, in some cases, re-imagined the brand assets in a way that absolutely kept to the Gravity Works feel, but with more coherence and slick execution.
The Results
The new brand was unveiled to a great reception, and we were commissioned to develop additional brand elements, including their merchandising and web presence.
